今年本會首個退省邀得關俊棠神父帶領，並給我們一個取材自《米該亞先知書》6:8的主題「行公義，好憐憫，懷赤子之心與神同行」。我們一邊學習、一邊靜思；一同分享、一同默禱，就這樣經過了兩天的團體退省。結束前，四十多位參加者都一致認為此次活動非常有意思，並表示感激。大家從神父的指導及團體的分享中彼此學習，開闊了靈性的視野，不少更表示有助大大打通了自己舊有的思路，使重新認識自己和與他人的關係，獲益匪淺。最後，大家都懷着感恩的心離營，並相互祝福，體現了默禱團體友愛的精神！

The first retreat of 2025 took place at the St Paul’s House of Prayer in Sheung Shui. Led by Fr. Thomas Kwan, the retreat took its theme from Micah 6:8 – “To do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with God”. Fr. Kwan helped us understand the real meaning of “justice”, “mercy” and “humility.” Over two days, 45 participants learned and reflected, shared and meditated together. Before concluding, participants shared openly how the retreat was meaningful to them. Everyone learned from Fr. Kwan’s teaching, and the small group sharing broadened our spiritual horizon. Not a few indicated that the retreat helped them break from their old way of thinking and gave them a renewed sense of self and greater understanding in their relationship with others. Everyone left with hearts of gratitude, and blessings from each other, embodying the spirit of love in the meditation community.
